1. About Festifeed

Festifeed is a platform for discovering electronic music events, operated by:

By accessing or using Festifeed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the platform

Festifeed lets you browse events, follow artists and organizers, mark events you plan to attend, and submit events for review. You may use the platform for personal use, and event organizers may use it to publish information about their events.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent event information
• Impersonate another person, organization, or artist
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the platform's normal operation
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our written permission

3. User accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data after deletion.

4. User-submitted content

When you submit content to Festifeed (such as event information, images, organizer profiles, or descriptions), you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit the content and to grant the license below
• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Festifeed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote the content on the platform, solely for the purpose of operating the service. This license ends when you remove the content, except where retention is required by law.

5. Event information accuracy

Event information on Festifeed is collected from public sources and from user submissions, and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. We do not guarantee accuracy and accept no liability for missed events, canceled events, ticketing issues, or any decisions made based on information on the platform. Always verify event details with the official organizer before purchasing tickets or traveling to an event.

Ticket links on Festifeed lead to third-party websites. Festifeed is not a party to any ticket purchase and is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third-party sites.

6. Intellectual property

The Festifeed name, logo, design, layout, and underlying software are the property of Festifeed and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Event images, artist photos, organizer logos, and similar third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. They are displayed on Festifeed for informational and editorial purposes.

7. Reporting illegal content (DSA notice-and-action)

If you believe that content on Festifeed is illegal under EU or Dutch law (for example, copyright infringement, defamation, hate speech, or unauthorised use of personal data), you can report it to us in accordance with Article 16 of the Digital Services Act.

Send your notice to [email protected] and include:

• A clear identification of the content (URL or screenshot)
• A reasoned explanation of why the content is illegal
• Your name and contact details (unless the report concerns offences relating to children)
• A statement of good faith that the information in the notice is accurate and complete

We will review notices in a timely and non-arbitrary manner and notify you of our decision and the available means of redress.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable law
• You submit fraudulent or repeatedly inaccurate content
• Your account poses a security risk or is being used to harm others
• Required by law or by a competent authority

You may stop using Festifeed at any time and delete your account through your settings.

9. Right of withdrawal

Festifeed is offered free of charge to end users. As no purchase is made, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Dutch consumer law does not apply. You can stop using Festifeed and delete your account at any time without cost.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Festifeed is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed events, lost data, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, intent, or gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform before they take effect. Continued use of Festifeed after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of Festifeed will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
