It feels awesome having a blast with thousands of like-minded ravers at a massive festival stage, but since the pandemic, we’ve come to realize that small-scale, unique gatherings certainly have their charm too. Combined with a unique journey like an African safari, it instantly becomes a bucket list experience! And that’s precisely what Sauti Safari 2023 is; a safari adventure packed with activities and electrifying DJ lineups.
What is Sauti Safari exactly?
Sauti Safari is a 7-day travel experience through Uganda that combines adventure, music, and gastronomy. After landing at Entebbe Airport, you’ll be picked up, and everything is taken care of for you during this all-inclusive trip. The journey takes you through Africa’s most beautiful national parks, where expert guides will take you to see wild animals such as chimpanzees, gorillas, zebras, and rhinos. You’ll stay in luxury hotels where you’ll enjoy gourmet dinners and there’s a daily program full of excursions and activities. And the icing on the cake; you’ll dance the night away under the starry sky with exhilarating DJ lineups!

The parties take place in breathtakingly beautiful locations during Sauti Safari, in the open air on the fringe of the rainforest for example, or directly on the banks of the Nile River. The lineup is a mix of house, organic deep house, and afro house from both international and local talents. One of the evenings hosts a Sol Selectas showcase, with well-known DJs from this label like Sabo. Furthermore, artists such as Amine K, Peter Farris, Boom Boom, and R3ign Drops will also make appearances.
In addition to all the partying, there are plenty of diverse activities on the agenda. For the full schedule, you can check the Sauti Safari 2023 website, but here are some highlights:
– Safari excursions to Uganda’s most beautiful national parks guided by experts, including charter flights to various areas and impenetrable rainforests.
– Trekking with wild gorillas and chimpanzees, where you can spend up to an hour in their presence.
– Walking with white rhinos.
– A boat cruise down the Nile River all the way down to Murchison Waterfalls.
